Job Description\ N Enterprise Medical Recruiting is seeking a geriatrics-trained physician to join a multi-specialty, independent medical practice with three locations to choose from – Kingston, Woodstock, and Phoenicia, New York. The practice is part of an ACO Reach program, NCQA certified as a Patient Centered Medical Home, and participates in many Patient Quality Programs.
\ N Practice Details:
\ N Join a group that includes Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Behavioral Health, Infectious Diseases, and has an In-Office Infusion Suite
\ N Seeking physicians who share the same values of quality, kindness, inclusivity, and community care
\ N On-call time is infrequent, shared with 13-14 providers
\ N Salary is based on the number of days per week and experience (range 200K-250K)
