Job DescriptionPrimary Care Physician – Philadelphia, PA
COMPENSATION:
Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Compensation:
Base $250k
\ N Bonus: Up to 10% of Base Salary
\ N Partnership: No Buy-in. usually within 12-18 months. 65% have made partner after 1 year.
\ N 18-22 patients a day
\ N Hours: Monday – Friday work schedule;
Clinic Hours 7:30a – 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)
\ N Work/Life Balance
Small Patient Panel – 450 patients’ max
\ N Administrative time included in schedule
\ N No nights or weekends
\ N 100% outpatient
Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
\ N Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

\ N Residency TrainedIM/FM
\ N Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
