Full-Time Opportunities available. Multiple locations!\ N
Joining a thriving/growing primary care medical practice specializing in the care of elderly adults.\ N
"The practice was founded over 20 years ago with the goal of providing care to older patients in a positive, compassionate and relaxed atmosphere."\ N
The team includes multiple Primary Care/Geriatrics physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners\ N
Description of Practice: Homebound, Long Term Care & Hospital work\ N
Practice Mix: 75% Long Term Care/SNF, 25% (or less if desired) Hospital work\ N
1:6 Night Phone Call (shared equally among all physicians), PAs take nursing home call\ N
There are some Hospital rounds on weekends.\ N
Employed Positions - Competitive Starting salary + Bonuses (2x/year), Incentives & Profit Sharing\ N
