Job DescriptionJob Title: Family Medicine Physician/Internal Medicine Physician (Outpatient)
Specialty: Family Medicine
Place of Work (City/State): Toppenish, WA ( Yakama Service Unit)
Start Date: Sep 2026
Shift Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
License: Any State unrestricted Active License is Accepted
Certifications: BLS
Experience needed: Minimum 3 Years experience in Family Medicine.
Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
Board Certified / Eligible
Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks
Responsibilities: Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
Board Certified / Eligible
Requirements to Apply:
Current CV with all gaps explained (within the last 6 months)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Any State Unrestricted, Active License is required
Board Eligible/ Board Certified Family Medicine
Names/numbers of 3 references
U.S. Citizenship required
Must have worked within the last 6 months
