Join our team and provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in need.Position Details Specialties: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine Start Date: End Date: Ongoing Shift: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only Allowed Holidays: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas DayJob Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages Manage a diverse patient population, including some Chronic Pain Management cases Ensure chart closure within 72 hours of patient encounters Minimum of 18 patients seen per day Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient carePractice Setting EMR System: Epic Coverage Type: No Call Practice Setting: Outpatient Patients Per Shift: 16 Rounding: Not ApplicableQualifications Provider Type: Physician (MD, DO) Board Certification: Certified License Requirement: Licensed in CA only BLS Certification: Required DEA Certification: Active DEA needed before the startPractice Details Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Patient Population: Mix of pediatrics and adults (Will consider IM only) Decision Timeframe: Typically within 7-14 days Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated 30-90 days Immunizations Required: Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap ImmunizationHow to ApplyIf you are interested in this locum tenens opportunity in Family Medicine / Internal Medicine, please reference job ID j- when applying.
