Job description
Family Medicine with OB position available in southwestern Wisconsin with a small, progressive and mighty community hospital. This critical access facility has seven consecutive quarters of 5-star ratings by Medicare, and their patient satisfaction is in the 95th percentile. Ability to perform C-sections highly desired.$300-325K Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available up to $200,000 total. Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 . Relocation Bonus available up to $20,000. CME up to 1 week and $4,000 available. Relocation up to $15,000.
