This position provides the unique opportunity to practice in a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital and clinic opening in 2027 , while enjoying a flexible schedule and strong administrative support. Position Highlights Excellent Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4-day work week with a fixed schedule from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday through Friday. Modern Facilities: Practice in a brand-new hospital and clinic building scheduled to open in 2027. Predictable Pace: Focus on outpatient primary care with light backup Emergency Department call coverage. Career Growth: Leadership opportunities are available for qualified candidates looking to make a broader impact. Welcoming Environment: Step into a warm, tight-knit community where newcomers are quickly embraced. Compensation & Benefits Year One Potential: $407,000+ total potential earnings in your first year. Guaranteed Base: $325,000 generous base salary plus additional bonus incentives. Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 paid upon signing. Student Loan Assistance: Up to $60,000 available to help pay down educational debt. Relocation Allowance: $10,000 to assist with your move. Additional Perks: $2,000 monthly stipend and an exceptional 9% retirement match. Time Off: Generous leave package including 32 days of PTO plus 6 paid holidays. Qualifications Specialty: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with Pediatrics. General Practice physicians will also be considered. Scope: Comfortable with Outpatient Primary Care and light ED backup coverage.
