Join a dynamic primary care team in Louisville with 5 physicians (4 Family Medicine, 1 IM/Peds) and 3 APRNs.
Position & Incentives
Up to $200,000 in recruitment incentives including bonuses, loan repayment, relocation, and CME allowance
