Locum Tenens Family Medicine - Obstetrics Physician NeededWe are currently seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics experience for a locum tenens position in California, located near Lewiston. This is a unique opportunity to provide healthcare services in a rural community surrounded by stunning natural beauty.Job Details: Specialty: Family Medicine - Obstetrics Shift Type: 24 Hour (4 -10 hour clinic shifts per week, OB/pediatric on-call, 1:4 hospital coverage) Certification Requirements: ACLS, DEA, PALS (Required for pediatric call), Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Required) License Requirements: Active CA License (Required)Job Description: Shift Type: 4 -10 hour shift in clinic per week, with OB/pediatric on-call and 1:4 hospital coverage. Inpatient and Outpatient Coverage: The provider will be responsible for both inpatient and outpatient care. Patient Population: Female patients of all adult ages, including pregnancies, well-women care, and GYN problems. Procedures: Handling C-sections, OB procedures, minor family practice procedures, and OB cases.Additional Information: No in-house call, hotel call only. General Surgeon available for C-section closures.
