Job Details: Position: Locum - Physician - Family Medicine Location: Near Loman, MN Start Date: November 6, 2023 End Date: November 17, 2023 Shift Type: Clinic and 24-hour call coverage On Call Requirements: Yes, 24-hour call with 4 hours gratis Requirements: Board Certified Family Medicine (Will consider TRULY BE within 0-5 years of residency completion) Active MN License Active ACLS, BLS, DEA, NRP, & PALS Residency Requirements/Fellowship Clean Malpractice/background Availability stated at name clear Disclosure of previous CHI/Dignity facility work COVID Vaccinated Assignment Details: Setting: Clinic FTE: As needed Duties: Clinic office visits (Med refills and sick patients) Required Procedures: Possible suturing EMR: All Scripts Support Staff: Dedicated Nurse provided Reason for Coverage: Provider Shortage Located near Loman, MN.
