4-day workweek with 1 administrative day that can be completed from home
Low patient volume at 18 patients per day
Health system-employed position with strong institutional support
Loan repayment available
Physician must be licensed in California and available to start promptly
Scope includes patients of all ages
Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
