JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Family Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Petoskey, MI Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: Jul 13, 2026 Ongoing Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a 5p Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adult, Pediatric, GYN Average Daily Volume: 20 FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Support Staff Available: 1 MA, 1 Office Staff REQUIRED PROCEDURES Adult & Pedia General OP Pelvic exam/pap smear EKG Interpretation JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC Licenses: MI Other Qualifications: Local to Michigan Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. Perform routine outpatient procedures including pelvic exams, pap smears, and EKG interpretation. Manage an average daily patient volume of 20, ensuring timely and quality care. Collaborate with a dedicated support team consisting of one MA and one PAR per provider. Utilize Cerner EHR for patient documentation and order management.
