Family Medicine Physician - Hart, MI Are you a Family Medicine physician searching for your next career opportunity? Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Full-time Monday 7:30am-6:00pm; Tuesday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pm Job Setting: Primary Care Office Types of Cases: ? Full spectrum of family medicine including direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and community health support. Documented in Epic EMR. Team: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, PharmD, Care Manager, and 21 support staff Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows Call Requirements: On-call shared between multiple offices. Physicians rotate approximately 8 on-call weeks per year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.
