JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: A-MD-70502 Profession: Physician Specialty: Family Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Rogers City, MI Service Setting: Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8a-5p or Mon-Thu; 10-hr shifts Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Newborn to Geriatric Average Daily Volume: 20 Case Mix: Primary care, gynecology, EKG interpretation FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Cerner Support Staff Available: One MA and one PAR per provider REQUIRED PROCEDURES Adult Outpatient Pediatric-General Outpatient Gynecology-Pelvic exam/pap smear EKG Interpretation JOB REQUIREMENTS Board: BC in Family Medicine Licenses: Active MI License Experience in Family Medicine PREFER candidates who reside in MI, IL, IN, OH, PA, WI, NY or MN. Self-Query NPDB (should be pulled within the month) Duties & Responsibilities Provide primary care to patients from newborn to geriatric Manage outpatient adult and pediatric cases Perform gynecological exams including pelvic exam and pap smear Interpret EKG results Collaborate with support staff (MA and PAR) for patient care </span
