Details: Role available to address community healthcare needs and upcoming retirements All aspects of family medicine: the physical, emotional and social health from birth through adulthood, including health services ranging from preventative health care to diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Ability to grow special interest areas within your practice Three locations within two blocks of hospital Traditional Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Willing to discuss 4-day work week with longer daily hours No more than 5 days per month of backup phone call Large demand for services with a supportive team of colleagues and staff Outpatient only positions available and also looking for physicians who are interested in providing pediatric, newborn and c-section support (in addition to outpatient work) EPIC EMR Compensation/Benefits: Highly competitive compensation plan CME Allowance Paid Time Off (vacation, sick, CME, personal day) Health, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term disability Professional Liability with tail coverage Relocation Allowance Retirement: 403 (b) with Employer Contribution and 457 (b) tax deferred plans The Community: Life in this northern Michigan community offers a unique blend of small-town charm, natural beauty, and outdoor adventure.
