Locum Tenens Opportunity near LOMAN, MN

MANDATED Job Requirements:

Board Certified Family Medicine - REQUIRED, WILL CONSIDER TRULY BE (0-5 YEARS OF RESIDENCY COMPLETION)

Active MN License - REQUIRED

Active ACLS, DEA, NRP - HIGHLY PREFERRED - MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN.

Residency Requirements/Fellowship - REQUIRED

Clean Malpractice/background - HIGHLY PREFERRED

Must be available for stint listed in job description to be considered - REQUIRED

Disclose if the provider has worked at any other CHI/Dignity facility - REQUIRED

COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be Board Certified in Family Medicine, and we are open to considering those with 0-5 years of residency completion.

An active MN license is required, and preference will be given to candidates with active ACLS, DEA, and NRP certifications or a willingness to obtain them.

Residency requirements or fellowship completion is a must, and a clean malpractice/background is highly preferred.

Availability for the specified stint is required, and disclosure of any previous work at CHI/Dignity facilities is necessary.

COVID vaccination is also a mandatory requirement.

This is a clinic-only setting, offering a flexible FTE based on your availability.

You will be supported by a dedicated nurse, and the coverage is needed due to a temporary provider shortage.
