Position Overview: We are currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Residency Program Coordinator to join our team. This hospital-employed position entails coordinating various aspects of our family medicine residency program, including administrative duties, teaching opportunities, and supporting residents throughout their training. The role is primarily outpatient-based, with newly renovated office space available to facilitate a comfortable and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate administrative functions of the family medicine residency program
Support residents and faculty members in educational activities and clinical rotations
Facilitate communication between program leadership, residents, and affiliated institutions
Manage program scheduling, evaluations, and accreditation requirements
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success
