Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicial
Fellowship training in Geriatric Med preferred

Compensation & Benefits
$240,000 $263,000 Salary. Wider range available depending on experience and location
Annual bonus based on quality metrics
6 weeks of PTO, inclusive of PTO, major holidays, and CME
$5000 Continuing Medical Education stipend
