Looking for a Family Physician for outpatient hospital employed clinics in Portsmouth, Ohio.COMPENSATION:Base salary of $210,000 - $ 256,000 + wRVUsVacation: 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days) + 5 additional when producing 75% wRVUCME/Books & Journals: 5 days PTO and up to $5000Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $19,000 year before taxes. No matching.Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $19,000 year before taxes under age 50 and $25,000 for over age 50. Matched dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay.Moving Expenses: up to $10,000 Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $1,000,000, per claim/$3,000,000, aggregateHealth Insurance: provider pays small premium, deducted from paycheckLiquidated Damages: 70 mile and 2 year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year salaryBonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salarySign on Bonus: 15% of base salary up to $50,000 (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2 years)Medical School Loan Repayment: up to $200,000PRACTICE INFO:Office Hours/Work Schedule:Monday- Thursday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.Lab, X-Ray and pharmacy have same hours of operations as the UC servicesFamily practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointmentCase Load:20-25 patients per dayProcedures:Injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatment, mole/skin tag removalHospital248 staffed hospital bedsService area over 250,000Non-for-Profit established in 1966Employs 3,000Medical staff of 250Teaching opportunities:Medical Students, Residents, and Advanced Practitioner trainees. Staff are eligible for Clinical Adjunct Faculty status with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
