Family Medicine Physician

An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregons scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Family Medicine team. This is a rare opportunity to join a physician-led, community-focused organization that prioritizes patient relationships, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

1820 patients per day
Minimal, phone-only call supported by nurse triage
Option to neonatal call; not required

Compensation & Benefits:
$325K base salary + production incentives
$25K sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
34 days of PTO in your first year
