Job description
Post acute care facility in the Bronx is seeking a physician to join their team. This is a full-time position rounding in skilled nursing facilities. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs. Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes. Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies. Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations. Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $223,000 to $263,0000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential
