The position involves on-call duties, highlighting the facility's commitment to comprehensive patient care.We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Advanced Practice Clinician with at least 2 years of primary care experience. The facility operates within a single skilled nursing facility (SNF) featuring 52 SNF and 48 long-term care (LTC) beds. The position is not exclusive, and the facility holds no sub-specialties.
