Locum Tenens: Family Medicine Physician (Near Saint Joseph, MI)Are you a dedicated Family Medicine Physician seeking a rewarding locum tenens opportunity in a vibrant community near Saint Joseph, MI? We're seeking 1-2 skilled and experienced physicians to join our team and provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages (ASAP - Ongoing, with potential for locum to perm).This locum tenens position offers a fast-paced and dynamic environment, perfect for a physician who thrives on variety and making a real difference in their community.What We Offer: Fast-Paced & Rewarding Environment: Experience the satisfaction of providing primary care across the lifespan, from newborns to geriatrics, in a busy outpatient setting. Streamlined Technology: Utilize the user-friendly Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency and documentation. Variety & Telehealth Options: See a diverse patient population with various needs, including underserved individuals and those covered by Medicaid and Medicare. Incorporate telehealth options for added convenience.Qualifications: Board-certified in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) with a focus on Family Medicine is required. Active Michigan medical license is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Family Medicine setting is required (no recent graduates). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortably perform basic procedures. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is essential. While local residency is highly preferred, we are open to qualified candidates willing to relocate within driving distance.
