Job description

Rural Family Medicine opportunity in the Upper Midwest offering $350,000 base salary guarantee for three years. Enjoy a four day work week and ample APP support. Position is open due to a retirment at the end of 2024. Hospital Employee . 1:4 Call Ratio. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME of 10 days and $5,000. Retention loan of $100,000, forgiven over 3 years. $350,000 base salary guarantee for three years.
