Job Description Physician owned and led multispecialty groupOver 30 providers in the groupFamily Medicine - Internal Medicine - Pediatrics - OBGYNOutpatient only primary care roleMonday - Friday 8:00 - 5:001 dedicated MA per providerOn call 1:17 weeks - phone onlyGoal is 20-25 patients per daySchedule 1 patient per hour during ramp upGroup uses Athena EMRGrowing their Medicare Advantage footholdPatients of all ages and panel size of 1,500 Compensation and Benefits Base salary plus bonuses$20,000 Sign-On bonusTwo-year salary guarantee then productionUp to $20,000 year in bonuses in addition to guarantee Total compensation for PCP is $300,000 Shareholdersoffered (average $35,000 a year additional income)Up to $15,000 in relocation assistanceBenefits include health-dental-vision-long term disability20 days PTORetirement 401k with 100% match up to 4% CommunityOver 200,000 people live locallyMilitary town with young families and lots of housing optionsCost of living 15% below national average45 minutes to Nashville International Airport Income Tax-Free State
