COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM) Base Salary of $275,000 Sign on Bonus of $25,000 Retention Bonus Relocation Assistance/Housing Stipend - $22,500 4 Weeks PTO & 8 Paid Holidays RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM) 100% Outpatient Average10-12 patient encounters per day Mon-Fri schedule No Night and No Weekends QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM) MD or DO required Occupational Medicine experience a plus Board Certified or Board Eligible with intent to Certify Comfortable treating patients of all ages COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM) Located near a mid-sized metro of 175,000, with regional airport, multiple Universities, museums, nationally accredited Zoo and much more.
