A physician-led, nonprofit healthcare organization located in North Texas, 140 miles northwest of Dallas Fort Worth and within driving distance of Oklahoma City, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join a supportive, community-focused practice. Position Highlights: Design your own schedule and patient volume Average patients per day with a 4.5-day work week Limited call responsibilities Renovated multispecialty clinic space with on-site lab and imaging, including X-ray, MRI, and CT APP-supported walk-in care available onsite Dedicated support team including APPs, LVNs, MAs, RNs, nurse navigators, community health workers, social workers, practice managers, and physician colleagues Hospital transition clinic supports continuity of care and preventive medicine focus Optional leadership opportunities overseeing advanced practice providers Training stipend available Practice & Technology Highlights: Physician-led, locally governed nonprofit healthcare organization Multispecialty medical group with more than a dozen specialties Level II Trauma Center 325-bed hospital with advanced services and technology Epic EMR across hospital and clinic settings Telemedicine capabilities including video visits and e-visits AI-enabled tools including MyChart message support, Nuance Dragon Dictation, and DAX clinical documentation support Advanced imaging, surgical services, and specialty care available locally Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary of $315K $320K Productivity and quality incentives Starting bonus Loan repayment assistance Stipend opportunities during training Paid vacation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Location & Lifestyle: Located in North Texas near the Oklahoma border, this vibrant regional community offers an outstanding quality of life with affordable living, short commute times, and a welcoming atmosphere.
