Exciting Permanent Opportunity for Family Practice Physician in Texas

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate hometown country Doctor to contribute to the well-being of our community.

Job Overview:

As a Family Practice Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The position entails a 4-day workweek in the clinic, with an additional 24-hour on-call shift for the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hospital admissions and provide ongoing patient care with the support of mid-level providers.

Job Details:

Patient Volume: 20-25 per day

Call Schedule: Rotation-based

EMR: Centric EMR (undergoing a change soon)

Physician Support: Exclusive practice with 4 NP's and 1 PA

Pediatric Care: Yes

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Weekend Coverage: Rotating schedule, including 24-hour shifts for the Emergency Department

Visa Sponsorship: H1 or J1 accepted

Employment Type: 1099 or W2
