Family Practice Physician Ocean Shores, WA Why apply? Work Monday-Friday with a manageable 8a-5p schedule in a facility dedicated to serving diverse and vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees. Quick Facts Location: Ocean Shores, WA Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date/Duration: 02/01/2027 Shift: Day, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Hours/Week: 40 Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active WA license, DEA, BLS/ACLS (discussed at credentialing) Experience: Open to new grads with a clean background Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $125.97 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time Reimbursements for licensure, travel, and other eligible expenses Robust referral bonus program What You ll Do Provide primary care services to a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics Support high-volume outpatient clinic, seeing up to 21 patients daily Perform basic procedures such as injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care Collaborate with a dedicated support staff including medical assistants, nurses, mental health therapists, and dietitians Work in a community health setting with interpretative services available for non-English speaking patients Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient management Support walk-in and acute care needs, managing chronic diseases as part of comprehensive family medicine What You Need Active WA medical license and DEA Board certification in Family Practice Ability to start within 2-3 weeks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting Experience or interest in community health and vulnerable populations (Preferred) Bilingual skills in Spanish or Russian About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Ocean Shores, WA, providing comprehensive outpatient family medicine services in a community health center setting.
