Job description
We re seeking a Family Medicine Physician who s passionate about strengthening community health and making a meaningful impact. Highlights: Full scope panel including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time) EMR system is EPIC Clinic Operational Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 am - 7:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $322k annual compensation Guaranteed first-year annual salary $30k Hiring bonus $20k Relocation allowance $2,000 monthly resident/fellow stipend Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed) 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xela, Guatemala Medical, dental, and vision benefits at no out-of-pocket cost to employees Great personal leave time 8 paid holidays per year $3,700 annual CME allowance with five days (40 hours) of CME time Profit-sharing plan 401a Two retirement plans: 403b and 457b Automatic life insurance policy Employee assistance program Salem is a welcoming, mid sized community with beautiful parks, historic neighborhoods, and the energy of Oregon s capital.
