Job Responsibilities: Patient Care : Provide comprehensive family practice care during standard daytime hours.
Consistency Required : Candidates must be able to work consistently each week, with a commitment to 4-5 days per week, covering the full 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM shift.
Overtime Policy : Overtime is only approved if the provider exceeds the daily productivity expectations. The healthcare authority may adjust timesheets if the daily productivity expectation is not met.
Certification and Licensing Requirements: Board Certification : Must be Board Certified in Family Practice
State Licenses : Active Washington state license required; no license assistance available
Certifications :Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
Basic Life Support (BLS) required
DEA certification required
Charting Experience : Proficiency with Epic EMR required
