Job description
Board Certified Geriatrician or experienced boarded IM or FP with geriatrics experience for full-time position. Join team with one full-time Geriatrician, two full-time midlevel practitioners, and part-time Palliative Care Internist. Round on nursing home, assisted living, and adult family home, as well as make home visits on home bound patients. Maintain office practice if desired. Share office and nursing home call, hospital Transitional Care Unit consults, and Palliative care consults.
