Job description
Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join an independent, physician-led multispecialty practice in Walla Walla, Washington , offering clinical autonomy, exceptional operational support and a flexible schedule designed for long-term work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
Full-time opportunity with flexible 4- or 5-day work week
No evenings or weekends
Inherit a respected, established patient panel
Full-scope primary care for a diverse, multi-generational population
Flexibility to focus on all ages or develop interests in weight management or office-based procedures
1:1 MA-to-physician ratio , with RN support options
Stable, experienced APP team with most providers having 5+ years of tenure
On-site imaging, laboratory and ambulatory surgery center
Suki AI scribing and dedicated value-based care documentation support to reduce administrative burden
After-hours clinical triage support helps minimize call interruptions
Minimal-commute lifestyle with easy access to the community's dining, wine and outdoor amenities
Physician-led culture emphasizing clinical autonomy and professional independence
Opportunity to grow into a high-earning practice partner
Compensation & Benefits:
$250K $300K guaranteed base salary
Quarterly productivity bonuses
