TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a community-based outpatient practice serving diverse and underserved populations throughout West Sacramento. Position Details Full-time outpatient opportunity Community health clinic setting Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans Provide preventive care and health maintenance services Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care Deliver culturally sensitive, patient-centered care Maintain timely clinical documentation and billing Collaborative multidisciplinary care environment Schedule: Full-time 5x8 or 3x8 work schedule Daytime clinic hours No call information specified Patient Volume: 3 patients per hour Clinical Responsibilities: Comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Chronic disease management Preventive medicine and wellness visits Acute care management Patient education and counseling Care coordination and referral management Review and sign laboratory, imaging, and consult reports Maintain productivity and quality metrics Requirements: Minimum of 2 years recent experience (Primary Care, Family Medicine) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active California medical license DEA certification required BLS certification required Community health center or FQHC experience preferred Experience serving underserved populations preferred Bilingual skills preferred Preferred Languages Spanish Russian Farsi Pashto/Pushto Compensation & Benefits: Annual compensation: $255,008 – $331,510 Medical, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Paid vacation and holidays CME reimbursement and paid CME time Malpractice and tail coverage provided Tuition reimbursement program Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending Accounts Additional voluntary benefit options Practice Environment: Established multidisciplinary healthcare team Diverse patient population Community-focused mission Collaborative care model Strong support staff and clinical resources
