Family Medicine Opportunity Charleston, WV (Capital City/Appalachian Mountains) Employed position with Thomas Health Physician Partners (THSPP), a multi-specialty physician group made up of over 80 providers.Physician must be Board Certified/Board EligibleOutpatient clinic settingMultiple opportunities$200,000 Base Salary, Guaranteed for 2 Years Production Incentives wRVUs with a set targetMonday Friday schedule, with 4-day work week option Expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day1/4 or 1/5 call scheduleGreenway EHR, but changing to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020Signing Bonus Retention bonus used for student loan repayment ($20k/yr) Relocation allowance ($10,000) Malpractice insuranceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceDisability insurance401k MatchCME Allowance ($5,000/yr)Includes license/dues/subscriptionsNo vacation, PTO, sick leave or holiday timePhysicians take time off at their discretion; which will increase or decrease wRVUs, allowing our providers to be highly motivatedIf you would like to learn more about this opportunity reach out to me at:Van
