Seeking a full-time Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Practice physician to join a busy, established practice in IndianaOffice Schedule: Monday & Thursday, 8:00 a.m. 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.Provider to work 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours admin timeOne evening per week requiredPotential for four-day work weekOffice Call: 12 providers on call schedule, rotating daily with option to take own call at nightThe practice currently includes five physicians, an advanced practice provider with RN and MA support.Located near Westville,INIf you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, please call or text HDA at .
