Join our thriving family medicine practice, where you will play a vital role alongside three physicians and three nurse practitioners, supported by an experienced staff dedicated to providing exceptional care to our community.What We Need: Clinical Excellence: We are in search of a physician with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. Interpersonal Skills: The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine desire to build strong connections with the community and existing medical staff. Collaboration: Collaboration is key in our practice. Work closely with all physicians and staff members to deliver the highest quality patient care, fostering a supportive and cohesive healthcare environment.What You Can Expect: Practice Hours: Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing a work-life balance with no weekends or holidays required. Flexible Schedule: Embrace a flexible schedule, allowing you to tailor your professional commitments to your personal life, ensuring a healthy work-life integration. Patient Volume: Manage an average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day, allowing for focused and personalized care. This ensures you have the time to establish meaningful patient relationships and deliver comprehensive care. Shared Call: Engage in a shared call schedule of 1:4, supported by a Nurse Triage System to enhance accessibility for patients and provide support for after-hours care. Oversight Responsibilities: As a key member of our team, provide oversight to one Nurse Practitioner, contributing to the collaborative and comprehensive patient care approach that defines our practice. Telehealth Services: Stay at the forefront of healthcare by participating in telehealth services, enhancing patient accessibility and providing flexibility in healthcare delivery. On-Site Lab: Access on-site lab services for efficient diagnostic support, streamlining the diagnostic process for better patient outcomes. Common Diagnoses: Diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, including child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure.
