\ NFamily Practice with Obstetrics
\ NUtah Outdoor Paradise
\ N Position Highlights:
\ N Schedule: M-Th and a half day on Friday. Urgent Care one evening per week and one Sat/Sun every 7 weeks.
\ N Desirable Practice Setting: 2 clinic locations within 20 minutes of each other. The hospital is across the parking lot from one of the clinic locations.
\ N Favorable Call Schedule: Medicine Call 1:4, OB Call 1:5
\ N Strong Support: Excellent leadership and a close-knit practice with an open-door policy
\ N Practice is full-spectrum Family Medicine with Obstetrics, allowing the ability to practice all aspects of medicine.
\ N Compensation & Benefits:
\ N Base salary: $300,000
\ N Productivity incentive,Annual bonus, Call Pay available starting day one!
\ N Documented earnings of $375,000, up to $500,000 annual income can be expected once practice is established
\ N Sign-On Bonus available
\ N $15,000 Relocation Assistance
\ N 401k with 7.5% guaranteed match
\ N Profit Share and Pension Plan also offered
\ N Qualifications:
\ N Degree: MD or DO
\ N Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible
\ N Licensure: Utah-licensed or ability to obtain license
\ N Skillset: Family Medicine with Obstetrics and C-Sections
\ N Experience: All levels of experience will be considered
\ N Sponsorship: Sponsorship not available
