* Location: Brooksville, FL
* Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm
* Job Description:
* Typical outpatient Primary Care services
* Managed Care
* Patient Population: Geriatrics | Ages 65+
* PPD: 12-16 PPD
* EMR: eClinical Works
* Credentialing: 60-90 Days
* Background and Certifications required:
* BC, BE, GP (All considered)
* Must have unrestricted FL license
* Compensation:
* Base Salary: 230-240K
* Quality Metrics Bonus: 15% of annual salary
