Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Physician – Private PracticeJoin Our Growing Team\ NWe are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join our established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities\ N Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
\ N Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
\ N Perform preventive health screenings, wellness exams, and routine physicals.
\ N Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
\ N Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
\ N Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
\ N Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
\ N Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices.
\ N Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-focused care.
\ N Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
\ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
\ N Active medical license.
\ N Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
\ N Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a private practice setting.
