Family Medicine Physician - Private PracticeJoin Our Growing Team
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Family Medicine Physician to join our established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients while delivering comprehensive, high-quality primary care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
* Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
* Perform preventive health screenings, wellness exams, and routine physicals.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.
* Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
* Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
* Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-focused care.
Qualifications
* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
* Active medical license.
* Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a private practice setting.
