Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Chesterton, Indiana
We're hiring a Primary Care Physician in Chesterton who wants schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and a sustainable approach to practicing medicine.
You'll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and long-term patient relationships. You'll have strong clinical and administrative support without an RVU-driven compensation model.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $230,000-$270,000
- Medical insurance: Employer pays 75%
- Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 75%
- 160 hours PTO plus 40 hours personal time
- 10 paid holidays
- 5 CME days plus $2,500
- Retirement benefits
- HRSA loan repayment eligibility
- FTCA malpractice coverage
- Relocation assistance considered case-by-case
