\ NWe’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Chesterton who wants schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and a sustainable approach to practicing medicine.
\ NYou’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and long-term patient relationships. You’ll have strong clinical and administrative support without an RVU-driven compensation model.

\ N - Approximately 2–3 patients per hour
\ N - Outpatient-focused with no hospital rounding
\ N - No RVU or production-based compensation
\ N - Medical Assistant and referral support

\ N - Base salary: $230,000–$270,000
\ N - Medical insurance: Employer pays 75%

\ N - 160 hours PTO plus 40 hours personal time
\ N - 10 paid holidays
- 5 CME days plus $2,500
