Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities
\ N M-F Schedule 8AM to 5PM, no weekend requirements;
Practice Call is shared
\ N 1 Day per week for resident precepting, clinical supervision
\ N 1 Day per week maintaining personal clinical practice/patient panel
\ N .5 Day per week for didactics, lectures, curriculum development
\ N 2.5 Days per week adminresponsibilities
\ N Participate in supervisory and teaching responsibilities for residents in an outpatient setting
\ N Serve as an advisor androle model for Family Medicine residents
\ N Participate in recruiting new residents into the program
\ N Maintain scholarly activity in accordance with ACGME requirements
\ N Participate in residentjournal clubs
\ N Mentor residents on their senior projects and participate in research studies
\ N Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
\ N
