Job Description## Family Medicine Physician Opening | Detroit Lakes, MN Located in Detroit Lakes, MinnesotaFull-Time (0.6–1.0 FTE), Permanent## Practice Overview* Full-time or flexible FTE Family Medicine opportunity in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota* Customize your practice with flexible FTE options and clinical focus areas* Outpatient practice with opportunities for outreach to Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, Frazee, and Mahnomen * Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM * Full-time schedule consists of 36 patient contact hours per week * Average patient volume of 14–18 patients per day , with flexibility based on patient complexity* Pediatric call shared approximately 1:6 weekends , supported by an established hospitalist program* Practice within a modern multispecialty clinic offering onsite access to: * Family Medicine * Internal Medicine * OB/GYN and Nurse Midwifery * Pediatrics * Behavioral Health * General Surgery and Wound Care * Diabetes Education * Dietitian Services * Infusion Center * Laboratory and Pathology * Radiology and Imaging * Therapy Services * Geriatrics * Dermatology * Optometry * Podiatry * Orthopedic Surgery * Occupational Medicine * Urgent Care* Additional outreach specialty support includes Audiology, Oncology, ENT, Cardiology, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonology, and Sleep Medicine* Collaborative team environment with strong community involvement and commitment to quality improvement* Utilize EPIC electronic medical record## Compensation & Recruitment Package* Base salary: $323,400 * Additional earning potential through: * Performance bonuses * Quality incentives * Production-based compensation## Job Qualifications* MD or DO* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine* Minnesota medical license or eligibility## Benefits* Comprehensive employed physician benefits package* Competitive base compensation* Performance and quality incentive opportunities* Flexible 0.6–1.0 FTE scheduling* Established multispecialty support network* EPIC electronic medical record* Modern clinic environment with strong physician collaboration## Community DetailsDetroit Lakes is a vibrant lakeside community in the heart of Minnesota's Lakes Area, known for its outstanding quality of life, excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and year-round outdoor recreation.
