Job DescriptionFamily Medicine Physician opening in Granville and Greenwich, NY Full-Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Flexible Schedule | J-1/H-1B AcceptedA well-established Primary Care practice in northeastern New York is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to provide outpatient care in the Granville and Greenwich communities.Opportunity Highlights:

\ N Hospital-employed position
\ N Full-time flexible schedule
\ N Telephone call only, averaging approximately 3 weeks per year
\ N Support from a full-spectrum medical group, including Primary Care, Specialists, and Hospitalist colleagues
\ N Strong nursing and administrative support
\ N On-site medical imaging, lab, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services
\ N System-wide EMR: Epic
\ N Safe, family-focused community setting with access to the Adirondacks, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and the Vermont border
\ N J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship accepted
Compensation and Benefits:
\ N Base compensation range: $270,000 - $300,000
\ N Productivity bonus opportunity

Candidate Requirements:\ N MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
\ N New York medical license or eligibility
\ N Interest in outpatient primary care
\ N Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
\ N Interest in serving family-focused communities in northeastern New York
