\ NInternational Falls is a picturesque city located on the Rainy River directly across from Fort Frances, Ontario, Canada. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate its proximity to Voyageurs National Park, Minnesota's only water-based national park, offering abundant outdoor recreation opportunities year-round.
\ NFacility:
\ NThis established clinic serves a population of approximately 10,000 residents. The facility features state-of-the-art equipment including PACS radiology, ultrasound, mammography, and a high-complexity in-house laboratory. The clinic utilizes EPIC electronic medical records and provides 24/7 nurse triage services to ensure continuity of care.
\ NOpportunity: BC/BE Family Medicine - No OB
\ NJoin a close-knit team ofhealthcare professionals in a collaborative environment. This position offers the chance to work as a leader of a Care Team, utilizing established care processes to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care for patients and families.
\ NJob Details:
\ N Work alongside 4 family practice physicians, 4 APCs, and support staff with very low turnover
\ N Practice in a clinic of9 providers including family medicine, adult, and child behavioral health
\ N Opportunities to perform procedures if desired (colposcopy, endoscopy, minor office procedures, stress testing, suturing, casting, prenatal care - no delivery)
\ N Utilize EPIC electronicmedical record system
\ N Benefit from 24/7 nursetriage support
\ N Location is approximately 160 miles north of Duluth, MN and 300 miles north of Minneapolis, MN
\ N Compensation:
\ NCompetitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Comprehensive benefits package available including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and 401(k) with employer contributions.
