\ N Long-term outpatient Family Medicine opportunity with no call, nights, or weekends
\ N Flexible weekday schedule with adjustable start and end times
\ N Epic EMR
Minimum 4–6 month assignment preferred
### Assignment Details \ N Start Date: November 2, 2026
\ N End Date: Ongoing
\ N Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
\ N Setting: Outpatient Clinic
\ N Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with lunch
\ N Flexibility: Adjustable start and end times
\ N Patient Volume: 12–25 patients per day
\ N EMR: Epic
### Requirements \ N Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\ N BLS certification
Any state medical license accepted
\ N Ability to supervise Advanced Practice Providers
\ N Clean file for approximately 90-day credentialing
\ N Minimum 4–6 months ofavailability preferred
### Clinical Details \ N Outpatient Family Medicine clinic
\ N Well woman care required
\ N General outpatient pediatric care preferred, including newborn through adolescent patients
\ N No obstetrics or inpatient responsibilities
\ N One MA and office support staff
\ N Level IV facility
