Grant Regional Health Center, an award-winning independent hospital in Lancaster, Wisconsin (WI), is adding a Family Medicine Physician (FM) as part of planned growth.\ N
The Opportunity:\ N
- 4-day work week
\ N- Full-scope Family Medicine
\ N- Inpatient rotation of 1:8 to keep up your skills\ N
- No emergency department coverage required\ N
- Specialty interestssupported, including hospitalist work, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership, and more\ N
- Team of 7 Family Medicine Physicians and 6 Advanced Practitioners\ N
- EMR EPIC
- Efficient care pods with nurse-led annual wellness visits\ N
- J-1 and H-1B visa
\ N- HPSA score: 15 & PSLF-eligible\ N
- Open to experiencedphysicians as well as 2027 residents and fellows\ N
Compensation &Benefits\ N
- Total recruitment package of $570,000\ N
- Base salary plus call compensation totaling $319,000\ N
- $200,000 sign-on bonus\ N
- Up to $125,000 student loan repayment options\ N
- Residency/Fellowship stipend available\ N
- PTO, CME allowance,malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and 5.5% retirement match\ N
