Job DescriptionFamily Medicine / Primary Care (Outpatient) Location: Morris, MN Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine - Opportunity for a Family Medicine physician to join an outpatient primary care practice in Morris, Minnesota. - Join an established team of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative care environment. - Flexible scheduling with approximately 36 patient care hours per week. - Average patient volume of 12–15 patients per day, supporting a balanced work pace. - Option for a procedure-focused practice for physicians interested in performing additional procedures. - Each provider is supported with 2 dedicated exam rooms and dedicated nursing staff. - On-site specialty outreach services include:oGeneral SurgeryoOrthopedicsoOtolaryngologyoOncologyoPodiatryoInterventional RadiologyoOB/GYNoAllergy & ImmunologyoCardiology - Additional on-site services and resources include:oAmbulatory Surgery CenteroInfusion servicesoLaboratory servicesoMobile mammographyoCT and ultrasound imagingoSleep center services - Electronic Medical Record: EPIC.Qualifications - MD or DO from an accredited medical school. - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (board certification preferred). - Active Minnesota medical license and DEA required upon hire. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation package with a generous sign-on bonus (details available upon application). - Relocation assistance available. - Annual CME allowance with paid professional dues and memberships. - 401(k) eligibility after 6 months with generous employer contribution. - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, short-term and long-term disability insurance. - Professional liability insurance coverage provided. - 6 weeks of paid time off annually for full-time physicians.About Morris, Minnesota - Located along the scenic Pomme de Terre River, Morris offers a welcoming community surrounded by agriculture and culture. - Home to the historic University of Minnesota Morris campus, along with thriving local businesses and industry. - The area offers year-round outdoor recreation, including hunting, fishing, and water activities. - Community amenities include 8 parks and recreational areas, 4 nearby lakes, a movie theater, bowling alley, and an 18-hole golf course. - Cultural and educational attractions include museums, a wetland management center, historic landmarks, horticulture gardens, performing arts center, and multiple research centers focused on agriculture, renewable energy, and water quality. - Convenient access to major cities:o110 miles to Fargo, North Dakota (Hector International Airport)o150 miles to Minneapolis, Minnesota (Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport).
